JOe Nemecek in Africa

I sang at Joe Nemecek’s church in Oklahoma 3 years ago.  I included experiences I had had while singing in prisons, orphanages, and schools while on mission trips to Africa. After the service, Joe came up to me and said I am going to go to Africa with you sometime. My first thought was, Yeah, I hear this all the time.  But, here he is teaching children in Rwanda, Africa on our trip with Gateway Int’l Missions in February of 2008.

Charles Styles preaching in African prison

I was in Africa for 15 days earlier this year singing in the prisons.  It was my 6th time to go to Africa for the purpose of spreading the gospel through song.  I took this picture of  my good friend, Charles Styles while preaching in a prison in Uganda.  Charles lives in Uganda now and is seeing many saved in his work there.  We are both board members  and active workers for Gateway International Missions, Inc.

Roza, Roma, and LeAnna

Theresa and I are still really busy preparing for our friends from Ukraine.  I met them while on mission trips to Ukraine.  I have worked with them in ministry to the prisons, orphanages, and schools there.  Roma and LeAnna are going to record two songs on my new album while they are here.  They will also travel and sing with me in 9 churches.  Check my appearance schedule and try to see them between June24 and July 16.

On February 4, 2008 Wade left for a 15 day trip to Uganda and Rwanda Africa for his 6th trip on that continent to share the gospel through his music in the prisons, orphanages and schools.  He has sang in 56 prisons in Africa.  Shown here tuning his mandolin in preperation to enter the prison in the background.
