- I joined Terry Partin, son John, and grandson John Luke in the bluegrass state for some late season elk hunting! Kentucky introduced elk in the eastern part of the state 15 years ago. They now have a herd of 10,000 animals. Ole “Five Shot Luke” took a nice cow elk on the second day of the hunt! Be watching for the entire hunt on Life’s Highway TV in the 2012 season!
