   I watched your show for the first time Saturday, 4/29/11. I was impressed with the show, although I do not like the pause in the video, which kind of teases a person to see what you doing. The music was very good and healing. I am interested in the recipes very much…especially the one on this day. I really do not want or desire a CD, but would very much like to purchase a recipe book if available. Please reply. Thank you.
   PS-I will be looking for your show more now that I have seen it for the first time.
